Hello! I'm Lauren.
I studied Visual Communication at
Leeds Arts University, where I explored how we can use design to communicate across cultures and connect diverse people. During university, I worked on projects with real impact: crafting an immersive exhibition for author Roger Cowell, who has Charles Bonnet Syndrome (a form of vision loss that causes visual hallucinations and patterns); designing concertina zines for CoppaFeel to promote breast health awareness; and creating social media campaigns addressing domestic violence for refugee survivors.
These experiences shaped me as a designer and fuel my creativity and determination to create work that sparks change and tells meaningful stories.
